Your Insurance Information  -  medical insurance information is required for registration
Your child or your child's swimsuit size  -  purchase of a team suit is optional but strongly encouraged - if your child will be purchasing a team swimsuit or sweat suit, these must be ordered at registration.

• NO REFUNDS - after the last afternoon practice (parent association fee is non-refundable).
• TST FEES PAID BY CHECK ONLY.
• YOUR CHILD MUST JOIN THE POOL BEFORE JOINING THE TEAM.
• Pool registration will be held at the same time as TST registration.
• Registration forms can not be mailed.
• Swimmers must be able to swim one-length of the pool.
• Swim suit purchase is not required, if you would like to purchase, suit try-on will be at all 3 registrations.
• You must order suits at registration to receive your suit my the first meet.
• There is a parent association fee of $15/first child, $5/each additional child, maximum $25/family.
