We are offering an Officials Clinic next week.

Thursday, July 5th from 9:00-10:00am at the pool during practice
taught by Mike O'Neill and Tom Greene

Soleco - Swimmers swim their age in this meet. They also have the opportunity to swim longer distances 100M races and IM for every age group beginning at 8. Anyone from 6-18 is eligible to swim at this invitational. Plus a bonus high point trophies for each age group are awarded at the end of the meet. Swimmers can participate in 5 events plus 2 relays. This meet's distance is far but it’s worth the trip.

Kids wear your team suits.
Everyone must arrive by 8:40am to begin lining up for the team picture.
The photographer will be taking individual pictures beginning at 8am and will stay after the team picture to continue taking individual pictures.
Please plan to have your individual picture taken before or after the team picture.
DO NOT leave after the team picture if you have not had your individual picture taken yet....the photographer will leave once it appears that all pictures have been taken.

It is strongly recommended to check coaches availability before going to a lifeguard as coaches have more experience and up-to-date knowledge of stroke techniques.

Team Suits

Team suits ordered at the township building, can be picked-up at the pool from 6-7:15PM tonight.

If you still need to order a team suit contact Shana Deininger for details.

Sweatshirts for the 2012 season have been ordered.

If you have paid for a sweatshirt you will have it by Time Trials. We will send an email when they arrive.

If you have not gotten a sweatshirt they can be purchased at the Team Store during Time Trials.

This year the store is also offering the flannel pants pictured below for $20.

These are a very popular item among swim teams!

Zac Nees, a 2009 North Penn graduate and former Towamencin Life guard, has qualified to compete in 2012 Olympic Trials for diving in Washington State!

Due to unfortunate medical problems, his family is financially unable to attend to watch him compete.

This fundraiser is to help raise money for the Nees family to travel to watch Zac and cheer him on.

North Penn Graduate Olympic Fundraiser

Zac Nees, a 2009 North Penn graduate and former Towamencin Life guard, has qualified to compete in 2012 Olympic Trials for diving in Washington State. Due to unfortunate medical problems his family is financially unable to attend to watch him compete.

Below is a link for a fundraiser to help raise money for his family to travel to watch him and cheer him on.
There are two ways to help: either a donation, or attend a swim clinic offered by Brian Daly, former NPHS Boys Head Swim Coach and Beth McConnell, Towamenicin Head Coach.
